Katherine Mary Knight is an Australian murderer and the first woman in the country's history to be sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Katherine Knights case has been labeled as the "most diabolical, sick and twisted" Murder in Australian history. She rightfully earned the nicknames "Cannibal Kathy" and "Australia's Hannibal Lecter".
